West Lakehouses
The West Lake Eco Resort is a private residential eco-resort located in Óbidos, on the Portuguese Silver Coast, less than one hour from Lisbon and just a few minutes from the historic medieval town of Óbidos and the Óbidos Lagoon.
The project is being developed in phases around four navigable artificial lakes, integrating bioclimatic architecture and natural materials in an environment of absolute tranquillity surrounded by nature.
The West Lake Lakehouses are high-end villas designed to ensure a full connection with the outdoors, featuring spacious interiors, natural tones, organic textures and abundant natural light that flows continuously onto private terraces, gardens and swimming pools.

West Lake Eco Resort also allows tourist rental of each unit during periods when it is not used by the owner, with integrated management provided by the resort itself, creating an attractive additional income stream on the investment made.
The available units are distributed across three typologies — V1, V2 and V3 — with prices starting from €490,000. The number of available units is limited.
